ADC’s System 5 Portable 5-Cuff Sphyg is one of the most compact, ergonomically designed, and affordably priced portable blood pressure systems available. The Adcuff+ model features one-piece, reusable nylon blood pressure cuffs with bladderless construction, surface-mounted tube ports, and ADC’s proprietary Size Guide system to prevent mis-cuffing.

Each system includes five cuffs (child, small adult, adult, large adult, and thigh) and a revolutionary palm-style manometer with a precision 300mmHg Japanese-engineered gauge. The attaché-style nylon carrying case keeps all components secure and easily accessible.

1. Select the appropriate cuff size based on the patient’s arm circumference using the ADC Size Guide markings.
2. Connect the cuff to the palm-style manometer using the metal bayonet connector.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around the patient’s arm with the artery mark aligned correctly.
4. Inflate the cuff using the integral bulb until desired pressure is reached.
5. Slowly release air using the trigger-style valve while observing the gauge to obtain systolic and diastolic readings.
6. After use, deflate completely and clean the cuff with mild detergent or disinfectant wipe.
7. Store all components in the carrying case to protect from dust and damage.
