The Adscope® Lite 619 Clinician delivers professional-grade acoustic performance in an ultra-lightweight design (only 3.7 oz / 105 g), making it ideal for daily clinical use and extended wear.

The precision-machined combination chestpiece features an extra-large 1 3/8" bell and a 1 3/4" diaphragm, utilizing ADC’s proprietary AFD (Adjustable Frequency Design) technology to enhance acoustic sensitivity. This allows medical professionals to switch between low and high-frequency sounds with simple pressure adjustments — light pressure for low-frequency (bell-type) sounds and firm pressure for high-frequency (diaphragm-type) sounds.

Crafted from durable aluminum alloy, the chestpiece provides excellent sound transmission without adding weight. The satin finish resists corrosion and fingerprints for a lasting professional appearance.

The headset is designed for comfort and acoustic precision, featuring anodized aluminum binaurals fixed at a 15° angle for an optimal ear canal fit. The single-lumen PVC tubing, 22" in length, resists ambient noise interference and is reinforced with a molded yoke for strength and longevity. It is made without natural rubber latex or phthalates, ensuring safety for both clinician and patient.

The Adsoft™ Plus snap-on silicone eartips (included in small and large sizes) deliver exceptional comfort and a perfect acoustic seal. Non-chill retaining rims on both the diaphragm and bell ensure patient comfort during examination.

Instructions

Use for auscultation of heart, lung, and body sounds. Clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid strong cleaning agents.
