Payment

- The Marketplace accepts various payment methods, including KNET, VISA, Mastercard, and Apple Pay, at Alshamel’s discretion. Available payment options for each order are shown at the checkout before placing the order

- When paying by credit or debit card, the Customer authorizes Alshamel or its authorized payment processor to charge the order amount. The Customer is directed to a secure payment page to enter card details, where the payment gateway verifies the information to ensure a safe and secure transaction

- The responsibility for validating the Customer and their card information, as well as appropriately authorizing transactions by deducting payments from the card, lies with the respective payment gateway operator and/or the issuer bank of the card, in line with their terms and conditions.

- Alshamel assumes no liability for losses or damages resulting from fraudulent transactions due to attacks or breaches on any payment gateway operator, attacks or breaches on issuer banks, or the unauthorized acquisition of Customer card details, PIN verification details, password verification details, or any other details authorizing a purchase on the payment gateway by individuals with malicious intent or those who may not be the rightful owners of the card.
