1. Place the CPAP / APAP device on a flat, stable surface near the bed.
2. Connect the air tube firmly to the device and to the mask.
3. If the device has a humidifier, open the water chamber and fill it with distilled water only up to the indicated level.
4. Plug the power adapter into the device and connect it to an electrical outlet.
5. Put on the mask and adjust the straps to ensure a comfortable and secure fit (not too tight).
6. Turn on the device using the power button.
7. Breathe normally through your nose or mouth as instructed by your doctor.
8. Use the device every night during sleep or as advised by your healthcare provider.
9. After waking up, turn off the device and remove the mask.
10. Clean the mask and air tube daily or as recommended.
