Medicine Cooling Bags

The ALSHAMEL® Medicine Cooling Bag is a portable, reusable, and airline-approved solution designed to safely preserve temperature-sensitive medications such as insulin during travel or daily commutes. Constructed with a UV-resistant non-woven outer layer and a cotton inner bag filled with advanced cold-storage crystals, it provides long-lasting cooling without requiring electricity, charging, or lithium batteries.

1. Activate Cooling:

Soak the inner cooling bag in clean cold water for 20–30 minutes (ice water provides best results).

Ensure the inner bag is not sealed while soaking, air contact is required to activate the cooling crystals.

2. Dry the Inner Bag:

Remove the bag from the water and gently wipe the surface dry.

3. Insert Medication:

Place insulin or other temperature-sensitive medicines inside the cooled inner bag.

4. Assemble:

Insert the inner bag into the UV-protective outer bag.

5. Use:

The cooling bag is now ready for safe medication transport.
