18L Portable Cooler Box

The 18L Portable Cooler Box is engineered for reliable cold-chain performance during short-distance transport. Constructed from high-strength, food-grade PP material and insulated with non-fluorinated polyurethane foam, it provides excellent thermal insulation without odor or harmful chemicals. The cooler features a secure sealing ring, ergonomic top handle, and adjustable strap for easy carrying. Internal partitioning using a tray and fixed card positions allows organized storage, while compatibility with ice packs ensures stable temperature control for sensitive contents.

1. Freeze the ice packs at -18°C for 24 hours until completely frozen.
2. Place the frozen ice packs into the cooler box quickly.
3. Once the internal temperature reaches the required level, load the items promptly.
4. Close and lock the lid securely.
5. Transport the cooler box as required.
