Impression Tray

The ALSHAMEL Impression Tray Set (Sizes 1–10) is designed to provide dental professionals with reliable, accurate, and comfortable tools for capturing oral impressions. Each pack contains 10 trays of different sizes, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of patients - from children and narrow arches to full-mouth adult impressions.

Made from durable ABS plastic with a smooth, burr-free finish, these trays offer excellent rigidity, stability, and patient comfort. The perforated design ensures superior retention of impression materials such as alginate or silicone, producing precise and detailed models essential for dentures, orthodontics, crowns, bridges, and treatment planning.

1. Select the Appropriate Size

Choose a tray (1–10) suitable for the patient’s oral size and impression area—partial or full arch.

2. Load the Tray

Place an appropriate amount of impression material (alginate, silicone, etc.) into the tray evenly.

3. Position in the Mouth

Guide the patient to open their mouth. Gently insert the tray and press to ensure complete contact with teeth and gum tissues.

4. Wait for Material to Set

Maintain steady pressure until the impression material fully solidifies.

5. Remove and Inspect

Carefully remove the tray and check for clarity and completeness. If defects appear, repeat the procedure.

6. After Use

• If reusable: Clean, disinfect, and store properly.

• If disposable: Dispose of as medical waste.
