Barrier Film

The ALSHAMEL Dental Barrier Film (4”×6” / 10×15 cm) is a high-quality polyethylene (PE) protective sheet designed to prevent cross-contamination in medical and dental environments. Each roll contains 1200 perforated sheets, produced with a clear 35 μm thickness for optimal durability, flexibility, and visibility during procedures.

The film adheres gently to surfaces without leaving residue, making it ideal for covering high-touch areas such as dental chair controls, light handles, instrument trays, and equipment panels. Packaged on a cardboard core and sealed in a protective PE bag, it ensures cleanliness, convenience, and ease of use for infection-control workflows.

1. Placement:

Apply a single sheet to the area requiring protection (handles, chair controls, trays, buttons, etc.). Ensure full coverage.

2. Optional Fixation:

Press lightly to secure adhesion. A holder or dispenser may be used if desired.

3. During Procedure:

Leave the film in place to prevent contamination of underlying surfaces.

4. After Procedure:

Remove the sheet by lifting from the corner and discard according to infection-control waste guidelines.
