1. Insert 2 × AAA batteries.
2. Place the device on a flat, stable surface.
3. Stand straight under the sensor and keep still.
4. Wait for the ultrasonic measurement to complete.
5. Read your height on the LCD screen.
6. Use the memory button to store measurements.
7. Use recalibration mode if readings seem inaccurate.
8. Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears.
