ALSHAMEL® Hot/Cold Gel Pack, 23×13CM, 250G. Single-layer 30-filament polyester spunbonded composite PVC exterior. Reusable and microwaveable. Designed for temporary relief: cold for swelling, toothaches, headaches, and fevers; hot for muscle aches, back pain, sinusitis, and menstrual cramps.
- Cold: Freeze 1 hour, wrap in cloth, apply.
- Hot (Microwave): 30s room temp / 1 min frozen, check, add 10s if needed.
- Hot (Boiling Water): Immerse 4–10 min, check after 4 min, wrap, apply.
